ABOUT US

Nice Ventures is a premier small restaurant management company located in San Francisco.   We have attracted significant local and national recognition for the quality, originality, and execution of our establishments. We currently own and operate three successful full-service restaurants in San Francisco, and also run a food both at the Saturday Ferry Plaza Farmer’s market.  Each restaurant is a uniquely different concept and we are committed to maintaining the individuality of each restaurant's identity.

Our restaurants have been singled out as providing outstanding food, wine, design, ambiance, service, value and responsiveness to the neighborhoods in which they are located. Rose Pistola, located in the heart of historic North Beach, was awarded the prestigious James Beard Foundation award for “Best New Restaurant” in the country when it opened in 1996. Rose’s Café is a neighborhood café located on Union Street in the Cow Hollow neighborhood.  Open since April 1997, Rose’s offers a place to bask in the sun at sidewalk tables while enjoying simple Italian-inspired dishes made from the best local ingredients.  Across the street is Terzo, which opened in April 2006 and features a Pan-Mediterranean small plates dinner menu in a relaxed, casually elegant environment.  In addition to these three restaurants, the company operates a food booth at the popular Saturday Ferry Plaza Farmer’s Market - providing locals and tourists alike a chance to sample their favorite dishes from Rose’s Café and Rose Pistola’s menus.
