ABOUT US

Nice Ventures is the premier small restaurant management company in Northern California. It has attracted significant local and national recognition for the quality, originality, and execution of its establishments. It currently owns and operates three successful full-service restaurants in San Francisco, and is in the design and development phase for a new restaurant, also to be located in San Francisco. As our company grows, we are committed to maintaining the individuality of each restaurant's identity.

Its restaurants have been singled out as providing outstanding food, wine, design, ambiance, service, value and responsiveness to the neighborhoods in which they are established. Rose Pistola, located in the heart of historic North Beach, was awarded the prestigious James Beard Foundation award for “Best New Restaurant” in the country when it opened in 1997. In Cow Hollow, the neighborhood bistro, Rose’s Café, offers a place to bask in the sun at sidewalk tables while enjoying simple Italian-inspired dishes made from the best local ingredients and the newest restaurant. Across the street, Terzo, which opened on April 1, 2006 features a Pan-Mediterranean small plates and tapas menu in a relaxed, casually elegant environment reminiscent of someone’s living room. In addition to the three restaurants, the company operates a food booth at the popular Saturday Ferry Plaza Farmer’s Market - providing foodies a chance to sample their favorite dishes from all three menus.
